At nearly 5 years old, Maria has been obsessed with babies and marriage lately. It would make sense to marry someone you know well, and who she know better than her brother? Anna and I tried to help her to understand why it was not allowed to marry relatives. A few days later we heard her interpretation of what we said:
"Sam, if I marry you my babies won't turn out right. They will have squiggly heads and squiggley arms and legs."
